This was the first time and the last time I will use L.E. Isley & Sons Plumbing. I found them online and spent some time reading their reviews. Their reviews were good so I gave them a call. We had a gas leak in our house when the water heater quit working. They were the only company who was able to come out right away. They had to come out three times to fix it. They knew it was the control panel wouldn't function. They replaced the water heater and we still had the gas leak. They came out the second time and we showed them that we could light the pilot light but as soon as you release the knob the light went out. They cross threaded something so it still was not working properly. When they came out the third time they finally sprayed something around the control panel to assess where the leak was and they (on the third visit) were able to fix it. When I had called the second time I had to argue with the switchboard operator about getting them back out. They acted as if a gas leak was not important enough to get them back out here. The gas company shut us off until this was resolved. It was all such a mess. I would not use L.E. Isley & Sons Plumbing again.
