No Confirmation
I really struggled with this review because the job was done well, I think and the Service Technician was great and professional as well as everyone I spoke with. However, I didn't get a confirmation call, text and / or email for my appointment. I may have gotten an email, but with 10,000 email who has time to go through their emails everyday. Nonetheless, my main issue is that when I called that morning to confirm the appointment as I was sitting outside waiting, I don't live there, I am the landlord, I was informed that "I was just about to call you to let you know the Technician will be late." Granted the arrival time was between 9 - 10 and I called at about 9:45. When they sent person to an emergency job, they should have immediately called me. Also, I had to ask for a copy of the invoice as I was not given one by the Technician or automatically sent one by the company.
