The only negative I can assign to this company is not in the execution of plumbing checks and repairs, which are always excellent; it's in the communication end of things. I requested an appointment online (for 11/16) which was verified online through email, but no one called to say they were on their way on the appointed day (I usually have Chris, who is fabulous) and no one showed up at the appointed time. When I rescheduled Chris by phone this time, he came, but there was no usual call to say he was on his way. So someone needs to look into the calendaring, scheduling, and customer courtesy end of things. This is the only time it's ever happened, but I will be sure NOT to do this online in the future.
