Beware of this company.

The average cost of a kitchen faucet removal and replacement is less than $300. I was charged $761 for less than an hours work. OUTRAGIOUS. The technician said that because he was a journyman plumber the cost would be higher. I cannot in good faith recommend this company, if you check their reviews you will see numerous instances of high prices complaints. I, of course do not expect to ever see this review posted on your sight, the truth is a bit more than you want to see posted.

I appreciate any feedback from our clients. All of our service calls are handled by our experienced call takers and our licensed journeyman plumbers. We quote 3 to 5 options for each job, including "do no work today". This customer chose to have the work performed and chose an expensive hi-arc faucet. We performed a follow-up phone call, as we always do, to hear live feedback. This customer told my customer service rep not to contact him further, therefore I was unable to personally resolve his issue.
