We had a powder room toilet emergency, called Mike's and an appointment was immediately scheduled for the next day. Mike arrived, assessed the problem and gave us three written options. Since this was a "repeat" problem for us (due to a previous contractor's plumbing design error) we opted for the video camera inspection. Mike's helper (Nick, a very nice young man) arrived, they snaked the drain with the camera rolling and showed us the problem. Although the snake nearly cleared the clog, it wasn't to Mike's satisfaction, so he devised a system to better manipulate the snake. 100% clear on the first pass! We watched water from the whole house easily pass through the drain. When Mike turned on the kitchen faucet, he noticed a slight "wobble" where the faucet met the granite. When the clog was cleared and the bathroom area cleaned to perfection, Mike tightened the kitchen faucet.

Folks, this kind of service, professionalism and expertise is NOT the norm! Mike was incredible; he was personable, respectful of our home and a true ambassador for his company. We were impressed! Plumbing emergencies are not inexpensive, but the price was fair and the work was impeccable. We asked if Mike's offered a plumbing service contract and we signed up for it on the spot!
