This would be a 5 star review because Will was a wonderful service provider, who explained everything and was very pleasant.
The reason it's not 5 stars is because they set me up with an appointment between 10 and 2 on Monday. At almost 2, I called to see what was happening. They were running behind and couldn't guarantee I would be able to make a 5 PM reservation. I had to schedule for Tuesday instead. Why didn't they call me on Monday to let me know they were off schedule? I'm sure they knew that before 2, when I called them.
