Mike's Plumbing came out to do a home check, while there I told the technician I noticed at times my toilet was running intermittently he immediate diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions. I really like that I have a choice in how it is repaired or replaced. I had 6-7 options with pricing regarding this and it was totally my decision. In addition, he offered to fix it right then and there instead of me having to reschedule for the repair. I am always pleased with the results Mike's Plumbing offers and will always refer others to them and continue to use this company! Kudos for outstanding customer service!
