We were having a new counter installed in the kitchen and needed someone to disconnect the sink (dishwasher and disposal) and then come back two days later to reconnect everything after the counter work was completed. Charlie was on time (as promised) put his floor mat at the front door, reviewed the work I needed done, wrote the work order, explained everything (including options and cost for each) and answered all my questions BEFORE he started any work. Came back as promised and reconnected sink. We will definitely call them again!!
