My toilet was leaking thru to the basement without my notice. Luckily the water sensing alarm that Mikes previously installed went off to alert me. Called in and Mike's responded promptly. Dave arrived, assessed the problem and gave me the options. After deciding he quickly went to work and solved the problem and cleaned up. Beyond that however, Dave (as are all of Mike's techs) was great... very personable as well as knowledge... Comfortable having him in your home!
