We have used Mike's for all our plumbing jobs for the past couple of years. We have a service contract with them, which has proved a good investment. This most recent job was to deal with a frozen pipe, and the time before Michael (who is the local tech. for us and does a great job of explaining and going through costs ahead of beginning any work) installed a hot water recycling pump, which has been of tremendous benefit in moving hot water quickly to even the most distant parts of the house.
