Plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. The work was well done.
BUT it was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. And the pricing was NOT transparent. Even when asked, they refuse to give separate prices for parts and labor. Just quote a price for each fix. I believe we could have had the work done for half the price using a more traditional pay-by-the-hour plumber.
