I called all the other audio and alarm shops in town, nobody would even try to fix my alarm because it wasn't there brand. Foss said no problem bring it in. Went down there and the customer service was excellent. The guys working on my vehicle answered all my questions explained anything I needed to know. Great Job! Foss
