I was very happy with the installation of the blue-tooth stereo into my 2001 Prius. Only problem was that they cracked the dash when doing the installation and had to glue it back together. This in itself was not really a problem as we had talked about the possibility. The problem was, they told me they were going to order a new one and replace the cracked one. They would contact me as soon as they found one. That was June 2018. It is now December and I have heard nothing back from them. It would have been nice for them to follow up even it if was with confirmation that they could not find the piece to replace. Hearing nothing at all is poor customer service. Other than that, everything was fine.
