This was my first time using Foss Audio & Tint. They installed keyless entry, an alarm system, backup camera, and DVD player in my car. Junior and Zac (I think that's his name) both offered really good customer service. They did a couple of minor things for me for free since they were already opening stuff up, and I had to go back a few times to get everything finished. I had issues with the alarm and had to go back three or four times for that. Also, they didn't have the faceplate kit for around the DVD player in stock during installation, and it wasn't there the first time they told me to come back, but it did finally come in, and they got it installed. I had a good overall experience, and I really appreciate how they went out of their way to get everything working just the way it should.
