The service was pretty good but considering I got almost $2000 worth of equipment installed, it would be nice if they could vacuum the wire pieces and stuff left from the install.

Also it would be nice if they could have played the system and let me hear it when they were done.

They just gave me my keys and sent me on my way. The system does sound really good.
