I have used Foss Audio & Tint in the past for window tinting, they did a great job and I absolutely had a great experience. When I had my windows tinted I talked with Junior a bit about getting amps put in my car. I finally decided that I wanted them installed and made an appointment. Junior who is really super nice and very informative about his products upsaled me into getting a better amp system. What they neglected to tell me was that the installation for those amps would take seven hours. My appointment was only scheduled for three hours, and I did not get a ride thinking I could just wait those 3 hours. I think the lack of communication with the time frame could have been better so that I could have just dropped my car off or scheduled a ride. The amp system turned out great in the end and I am very happy with it. The quality of work was excellent and they truly were apologetic for the wait time, I'd just like them to know that they should clarify installation times better.
