Purchased a Groupon for heated seats. Called and was informed of my options. I was surprised to learn they installed by heating elements, 2 per seat. I went into the shop an talked to the manager, manager informed me for my installation it would be difficult but he would accept the job. Difficult because of my car being a mini coupe, small and tight space. The job took several days, the technician called an inform they needed extra time in order to bring the seats back into form. Once the job was completed I went in and picked it up. Things to note: Only three elements were installed because of a seat sensor on the passenger side, I was not told this would be an issue, I had to call in an ask why my back element was working on the passenger side. Second the switch location were next to the floor center console, good locatation, but could of been better executed. The switches were not installed in the same location evenly.
