From the start they seemed inconvenienced by having to help a customer. There were two individuals at the counter that bickered over which one was going to help me. They were 15 minutes late getting me in and 50 minutes late getting me out the door. I can understand that things may in fact take a bit longer, but I had asked and they just left me sitting there without giving me an answer after they apparently were going to check on my car. I received no follow up information after my car was pulled around. They simply handed me my keys and walked away while I was starting to ask a question. The tint on my rear window is overlapping off the glass onto the roof board by a full inch in the upper corner. If this is how they do work and treat customers it is a wonder they are still in business.
