I had two totally different experiences with Danmer Custom Shutters while I had my blinds installed and it's disappointing that both experiences couldn't be excellent. The people who installed my blinds were wonderful. We got new blinds installed in the entire house and the installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and our blinds look great and are very high quality. Unfortunately, the events leading up to the installation were unpleasant.
The woman who helped us in the store was very impatient with us while we were selecting our blinds and very unprofessional. She was the one who took the measurements in our home and she got them wrong, so we had to wait longer for our blinds to be installed. It was a really frustrating experience and we almost gave up on Danmer Custom Shutters because of her, but the outcome was worth it because our new blinds are the highlight of their service. We give them a five star rating for their installation and product, but not for their customer service.
