Product great, service not so good.
The first installer broke the drywall from trying to remove the old shutters. We then paid an independent contractor to remove old shutters and repair damage Danmer caused with a promise of reimbursement from Danmer. Danmer shutters were then installed and we are happy with the product but we were never reimbursed for the damage caused by Danmer's original installer.
