Southern came to diagnose my heat pump problem and found a bad compressor. Yes, they fixed it, but they charged me well over $200 /hour for labor (going rate shouldn't be more than about $75). Plus they took at 30% profitability charge for the parts. Who does that? I will never use Southern again. Unless money doesn't matter to you, stay away from them!
