Cheaters and Lirs

I called them on Saturday for change of faucet. The guy quoted me close to $ 400 for it. I accepted that as it was licensed plumber coming out on Saturday and a new simple faucet which might be around $75. They came and just repaired it and took the check for full amount that was agreed with new faucet change. Just few days and it broke again. When I call them again - new guy named CHRIS - comes and tell me that was just for repair and it is not guaranteed !!!! Than why in the world I would call licensed plumber - I would rather catch some handy man who will do it for $ 20.

Don't call them - they are cheaters.

My name is Chris. I have been with the company for 14 years. I am the one who initially received your phone call. We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully aware of any charges before the work is performed. This is why we gave you the minimum charge before we dispatched. You requested the faucet to be changed out (which would require a delay to wait for parts). Since you asked us to just get the leak stopped immediately, we quoted you the repair and that we would credit 50% of that to the new install, but we cannot warranty a faucet that was in the condition it was in. We are sorry you feel misled, and we appreciate any feedback about how we can improve our customer’s experience.
