Comfort Solutions has come out a few different items to do work with me, and most recently helped with a installation of a heat pump. I appreciated that they were willing to work with me on the price and the timeline of installation. They had to come back once to fix one of the electrical boards, but right after that everything worked fine! Great work! In terms of customer service, they were very friendly and generally easy to communicate with, although I had just one problem. There was some miscommunication as they mentioned one of circuit breakers needed replacement, but did not followup, whereas I was under the impression they intended to send someone out to rectify the situation. Other than that, they were great. I appreciated that they took care of registering ownership and did all of the paperwork. There was a deadline for the registration, but they were very quick about it! Overall, they are a recommendable service!
