When it comes to TeamLogic IT Plano, we love them! They are great about getting back in touch with us. When we email them, they respond within a few hours, or even sooner. If we need them to walk us through something over the phone, they do it, and no matter how much time it takes. If we tell them we need something, they get it done. If they need to come to our facility to do something, you do not have to stand over their shoulder or anything. If they need to get a part, they go get it and come right back. They are just absolutely good guys, and very professional and knowledgeable about their job!
