This was our first time using TeamLogic IT Plano. We called them out because when we switched over our internet, we had some printer and WiFi connection issues, so everything was down. The tech was very personable. I was a little surprised by this because it seems like a lot of tech guys are very bland and plain. I mean, they will come in and fix the problem and everything and then they're like, "Bye". This guy came in, and he was cheerful and talkative. He explained everything he was doing, and he did a very thorough job - with our printers and Wifi and with explaining everything. It all turned out absolutely amazing. When he was done he asked if there was anything else we needed, and I appreciated that.
