Dealing with a gas repair was not a pleasant experience. Much like herding cats. There seemed to be no sense of urgency on anyones part when excavators were here, they worked ha
rd. Same with plumbers. Problem was the Inter em seemed to go into la la land. I would like to see Atlas exercise more process control. Each job should have a checklist. Maybe I’m expecting too much as a client. Anyway Atlas was pleasant to deal with, I intend this to be a constructive review. Never so glad to have hot water and a dryer again.
