I have used Atlas to address several service repairs at my rental properties and been satisfied with their service and costs. The last service call did not result in the same satisfaction. I requested service on a hot water heater - I had already turned the gas off and drained it. They came in and told me it needed to be replaced - quoted me a cost of $2,250 to install a $650 hot water heater,. Prior to leaving the property, they told my tenant if they had an issue with not getting hot water back until the next day they should call me. I paid them for their service call and hired someone else to do the replacement.
