I have already submitted a review and wanted to add that I still have not heard one word from Wm Henderson. Not only did I not receive an estimate, but I was not contacted by the owner to offer any resolution. I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 1. I am sure this company would agree that word of mouth referrals are very important in this business and I will not refer anyone to Wm Henderson for their HVAV needs.
