leaking dishwasher but Henderson could not fix
After returning home from an extended trip abroad, I found that my dishwasher leaked into our basement and did not clean the dishes. I called Henderson whose tech arrived and checked the connections. He said that it was not a plumbing problem and that I should call an appliance repair technician or, better, junk the dishwasher and get a new one. After he left, I pulled out the dishwasher and, using a YouTube clip to guide me, turned it over and found the leak: mice had chewed through a rubber inlet hose during our absence. A new hose was available on PartSelect.com for $12, and arrived the next day.
