Erik Medd was our technician, who couldn't have been nicer. He arrived right on time and explained our problem in terms that we could understand. He was very thoughtful, and made sure the area was clean when he was done. It was also wonderful that we called with the problem the night before, and the technician was there the next day. We have used Henderson for 30 years, would will continue to do so.
