I so loved the email that was sent to me prior to the technician's arrival providing his bio. It made me feel comfortable and as though I knew Eric even before he arrived.
We are a busy child care center located in Center City Philadelphia and I appreciated the fact that Eric was able to figure out where to park his vehicle. We have many repair people coming and going and it becomes annoying when service people ask me where they can park? As though I have a parking lot reserved just for them.
Eric went directly to work upon arrival and did not request any tools such as ladders, hammers, nails, etc that reapir people have expected me to have on had in order for them to perform their job.
