We have had an annual contract with Henderson for many years. Our a/c had stopped cooling and the house temperature was rising rapidly. The Henderson switchboard alerted Tony, the repairman on duty, who called back immediately to say he was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes and, within another 15 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and installed a new capacitor, which he had ready in his truck inventory. Actually, our a/c now seems to be working better than before. Thank you.
