The appointment was easy to make over the phone. The service writer was very helpful and courteous. The updates as to when the plumber was expected to arrive were very precise. I knew to the minute everything I needed to know. When the technician arrived it went as smooth as could be. He analyzed the problem with our sewer line and immediately went to work. The problem was solved in a timely fashion and he explained everything well to our satisfaction.Would highly recommend the Henderson Organization gladly.
