We just got new windows and didn't want to put our air-window units in the new windows. We got 3 quotes on the ductless units and we liked everything that Henderson explained to us. The two men that installed were awesome, they didn't leave an inch of dust or dirt in any of our rooms. They explained what was going on each morning before we left for work and were still at the house after 8 hours and once again explained everything they did that day. I am looking to have a bathroom updated and will be calling Henderson again for a quote.
