It just doesn't get any better than this! Wm. Henderson was so phenomenal, I just don't think I could give them enough sufficient praise for the work they performed! Every man who came to work on the project did an outstanding job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and thorough - every one of them! Even the ladies in the office were efficient and a joy to deal with.

We had a misunderstanding about where we wanted a towel bar to be placed in the shower. My husband and I and the gentleman from Wm. Henderson discussed placement of the bar HORIZONTALLY. As to placement of the bar VERTICALLY, we just said that it should be "centered". Unfortunately, my husband and I were thinking that the bar would be centered ON THE WALL (as our old one was), only to discover that it is common practice for towel bars to be centered OVER THE TUB, which is how Wm. Henderson installed it. The big problem was that it was installed into our new tile wall, and removing it would leave holes in the new tile. Wm. Henderson (represented by knowledgeable and caring Dan) was so concerned that we be pleased with them and their work that they had the tile installer come back, chisel out two tiles and all the mortar and grout in the middle of the wall so meticulously so as not to break or chip the tile around it, and then reinstall two new tiles so incredibly precise that you can't even tell it was done. Tony, who is a master tile installer, was absolutely AMAZING!

Each worker from Henderson performed his portion of the job with great care and was very conscientious in doing an excellent job. The plumber, Steve, installed everything as if it were in his own home, with such care, professionalism, and efficiency - topped off with an endless sense of humor!

Never once, with all the different men who came to our house, were we concerned that they were anything but trustworthy. (We've had contractors who had some "sticky fingers" in the past.) In addition, although we tried to keep our dogs in another room, if the dogs came to greet them, every man was mindful of not letting our dogs accidentally get out of the house. Wm Henderson was also mindful of cleaning up after themselves. We were extremely pleased with EVERYTHING about Wm. Henderson.
