Two technicians showed at 8:15 am and proceeded to remove old heater and install new unit. They were courteous and neat (drop cloths and booties) and completed the job by 4;45 PM. They took the time to show me the new unit and explain its functionality. This unit also provides AC distribution of cool air and is working perfectly. And yes, the old unit was removed from my property. Well done!
