We ordered a zone air conditioner unit. The indoor unit is very quiet and the installer gave me very clear instructions in how to use the remote to operate it. The out door unit is installed on a firms base and I especially liked that the wires going up to the second floor are enclosed. They covered all are areas where they worked and cleaned them after the installation.
