While our organization has been working with Velocity Partners for many years, I have personally been working with Velocity Partners for nearly 5 years in the capacity of Product Owner for two teams covering 3-5 products at any given time. We are very pleased with the continued results we see in working with and entrusting a company that is so "dialed in" with the agile methodologies, which results in high performing teams.

Amongst one of the greatest benefits in working with Velocity Partners is that we retain our team members, even after a project is complete, as long as the resource is still needed. This allows team members to grow in our business with us. They become a true part of our team. The business knowledge the team members gain is a contributing factor in our ability to produce high quality product at a much faster pace.

We visit our teams in their offices or have some members visit our US-based offices several times a year, which is always a pleasant experience and definitely helps cultivate the relationships amongst the teams that are both distributed (with our US-based teams) and collocated.
