We cannot recommend Rupcoe enough! We had a leak in the exterior of our sewer line which resulted in seepage through the cinder block. Tom from Rupcoe looked into it for us, gave us a total for the repair before he even left our house. Set up of the excavation and work was totally done by Rupcoe, no need to find someone else to do the work. Tom and the guys from the company they used to dig outside were professional at all times -- even though it was done on one of the coldest days of the season... , and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Tom returned a few days later to check on the work and run a camera through the whole line to be sure we were "good" elsewhere. The experience would have been much different had I used another company. After not having to "NEED" a plumber for years, We know we have "OUR" Plumber and this will also be the company our family and friends are referred to as well!
