Sometimes great, sometimes¿

I have a service contract so I usually get quick service but quality depends on technician, Last call was exchanging 40 gallon waterheater, never suggested drop pan and never did permit paperwork

You're right Jean, the tech should have offered the pan, so we went back and installed it for free. It's like doing the job all over again. This shows the extent of what we do to satisfy customers. As for the permit, we send it in to the town, and some town take a very long time processing; I don't know why. It should not take that long!
