I had no heat. Mike came out late after a days working and madea temporary fix. He came back the next day with a part to complete the repair.
I have good heat.
Thanks to all at Rupcoe and Mike in particular, he was very polite and quite knowledgeable about my furnace.
They are my plumbers also, very satisfied with the service.
