First Experience Was OK, Second Experience Was Not

I used RupCoe Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning a few weeks ago to see why the plumbing in my basement was backed up. The guy who came out was OK, and he ran a snake camera to see what was wrong. Although he was a nice guy overall, there were many questions he couldn't give answers to, plus their prices were a bit extreme. I decided use them a second time to examine my heater, but I did not like that guy at all. It was too much, and I doubt that I would ever use them again.
