I called RupCoe for emergency need for my elderly in-laws who were having a back-up issue. Happy to find RupCoe: 1) has live person answer phone; 2) has service people after hours, 3) called when tech was running late. My in laws thought Tom Fitzpatrick was very good, both technically and personally. RupCoe will now be their go-to plumbing service.
