I hired PHO Property Management when I moved out of California over ten years ago. I've had two long-term tenants during this time. The property has never been vacant. PHO keeps me informed about what I need from the tenants or about issues with the house. So far, there haven't been any issues. PHO has remained very responsive to all my emails and phone calls even with a three-hour time difference. Five stars for PHO Property Management. They do a wonderful job.
