In general PHO Property Management cover all of the needs that I have in terms of keeping up with the property, keeping it rented and dealing with the smaller things that occur without having to have my direct daily involvement. When and if big things come up they are great about quickly notifying me so that I am aware and can take the proper steps to alleviate those big issues.
