When I called PHO inquiring about the rental, I spoke to Gena. Very friendly, warm & professional. I was able to see the rental immediately. Loved it! Everything was handled via email. I was approved following day! She was thorough going over the lease & property rules & regulations. Since Ive moved in end of July, no worries. Rent payment paid thru portal (online) which is very convenient. Efficient in responding to maintenance requests. Even the maintenance staff is kind, polite and professional. What else can a tenant ask for...great people! Thank you!
