PHO Property Management takes care of all aspects of my condo rental in San Diego. They provide a full management service which includes; finding tenants and doing all the maintenance for the property. They do a good setting price for rent which is quick and easy when you are looking for tenants. They fix any issues quickly and efficiently. At the end of the year they send you a detailed breakdown of expenses that you can use for your year end taxes. I think their price point for services is around 8% and I think that is fair for the area that the condo is in! They are good at what they do and very responsive.
