I have been doing business with PHO Property Management for about 3 years now and have had a very good experience with their company. They've hooked me up with some pretty good tenants over the past couple years. They have a good screening process and really have your best interests in mind. I don't live really close to the properties we own but PHO is always able to find local professionals to work on the property if we have any issues. They communicate with us very well and we have never had any problems with them. I would highly recommend their services.
