I've been doing business with PHO Property Management for four years, and they are actually wonderful because they are very easy to work with. They are flexible in helping you do the things that you want to do and yet doing everything legally. I like their approach and their very good communication. Greg, especially, is very responsive in terms of listening to our specific needs as a family business. They get excellent results, and they are always very good about letting me know what's going on.

I think PHO Property Management is fantastic and would recommend them to anyone. A lot of property management companies are unresponsive, and are by the book just to collect their fees. That's not the case with Greg--with him you feel like you have a relationship.
