Responsive Property Management Service
I appreciated PHO Property Management for their responsiveness. Whenever I communicated with them by email or by phone call, Gina and or one of the other people would always respond in a pretty timely manner. I had requested for a couple of repairs and that took a little longer than I would have liked, but that was done, so I appreciated that. It was really great to be able to pay my rent online through the website. I only had to do it twice because I had some issues with the paper check I sent, but it was nice to have that option. The only glitch I had when I moved in was that they didn't really tell me who to call to arrange to reserve the elevator for bringing my stuff upstairs. It was a pretty nice elevator that was supposed to be protected with special pads and blankets. They could have done a better job informing me about what the rules are because I didn't know who to contact and I ended up getting fined a couple hundred dollars. They told me I could have found the information in their manual, but it is a 60-70 page document and I didn't know where to look to find that information.
